A PVR PUP IS A PVR PUP FOREVER!

I choose my puppy families very carefully to ensure a successful match and a forever home. However, sometimes unforeseen life events happen, and I will always take any PVR pup back into my home and/or find a new loving home, at any stage of the pup's life.

Britta was. born 8/28/2018. She was a wonderful companion to her owner until, sadly, he passed away in 2024. Her owner's family contacted me near the end of his terminal illness and I immediately began looking for a new family for Britta. She deserved another loving home after such a terrible loss.

The PVR family came through and I was able to place her with a friend of a family who has two PVR pups. This family had experience with the breed, so they knew what life with a GSP is like. We set up a meet and greet and Britta went home with them to see if they were all a good fit together.

I received the best news the following week - Britta was doing great and they wanted to make her adoption official. I am grateful for a happy ending for Britta in this sad situation.
